Job Summary

Requirements
- Age and Education: Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or GED.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute.
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to learn new software applications.
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to recognize referral needs for customers and provide solutions to complex issues.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
