Key Responsibilities

- Manage the performance of large teams of airline staff, focusing on key performance indicators such as safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and finances.
- Promote a culture of safety, well-being, and respect, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address quality assurance issues, such as uniform compliance, overall performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with base support staff, other departments, and internal/external partners to provide information and solutions for continuous improvements.
- Participate in leadership development programs, including on-board customer and employee engagement, to support the airline staff team.
- Proactively respond to and follow up on time-sensitive matters and competing needs, requiring base communication, feedback, and/or coaching.
- Offer essential support to airline staff before, during, and after flight departure.
- Act as a contact and support for assigned programs within the base and/or department.
- Communicate regularly with remote airline staff from the base location.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and promote a positive work environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Two years of experience in airline management, three years of arenaflex experience, or external management experience.
