* Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and projects
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues, while ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available)
* Able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
