We have a SaaS solution currently using ConnectWise and planning to migrate to GoHighLevel. We need an expert who can accelerate the implementation of the full GHL platform, end-to-end, across all five core feature pillars, with full automation. This is a project-based engagement with milestone payments — no hourly billing, no discovery calls. Ask us everything you need to know directly in your proposal.
We need a specialist who has deep, hands-on experience with GHL — not just the basics — including AI features, Voice AI, Conversation AI, affiliate management, loyalty programs, and complex multi-channel workflow automation.
The project is broken into five phases aligned with GHL's five core pillars. Each phase has a defined scope and a milestone, which can also be divided into multiple tasks. You must demonstrate working knowledge of all features listed in each phase before we accept your proposal.

Proposal requirements — answer all of these
1. Provide two or three examples of GoHighLevel builds you have completed — describe the use case, which GHL features you implemented and the outcome. Screenshots or Loom walkthroughs are strongly preferred.
2. Confirm you have hands-on experience with Voice AI and Conversation AI — describe a specific deployment you have configured, including how the AI hand-off to human agents was set up.
3. How do you handle GHL's unified inbox for all five channels (SMS, Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, Livechat) when some channels require third-party API keys or Business Manager approval? Walk us through your setup process.
4. For the Ad Manager integration (Google, Facebook, Instagram), describe the permission levels and account connections required, and how you have managed this for clients who do not want to share full ad account access.
5. Describe how you would set up a multi-step workflow that: captures a lead via a funnel, scores them, sends a personalised SMS, triggers a ringless voicemail if no reply in 24 hours, and moves them to a different pipeline stage after engagement.
6. Have you configured GHL's affiliate manager and loyalty program features? Describe a real example including how tracking links, commission tiers and reward points were structured.
Provide your proposed fixed price for the entire project, broken down by phase. If there are items in scope that fall outside your expertise, name them clearly — we prefer honesty over inflated confidence.
Include what information do you need from us to begin Phase 1? List every credential, access level, asset and decision you will need.
Working style & ground rules
1. You must submit a fixed-price proposal for the full project, broken into the five phase milestones above. Hourly bids will not be considered.
2. You are expected to know GHL deeply before starting. We will not be paying for a learning curve.
3. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of every feature listed in the scope, not just the most common ones. Features like Tap-2-Pay, AI Biz Card Scanner, Ringless Voicemail and Video Review Widgets are all in scope.
4. Documentation of each build (workflows, automations, sequences, custom values) must be delivered at the end of each phase so our team can manage and extend the platform after handover.
5. All work must be completed inside our GHL account. No shadow accounts or template imports that we cannot inspect.
