Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system.
- Verify documents received for import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations at all times, contributing to a culture of integrity and professionalism within blithequark.
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Qualifications and Skills

- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
