About the Role: Events Manager
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our team, responsible for aligning events to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and marketing programs that achieve pipeline and revenue goals. As a strategic event planner, you will develop and manage budgets, prioritize event types, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure a keen eye on Return on Investment (ROI). You will leverage industry-leading vendors and sponsorships to connect with customers in meaningful ways, orchestrating event sequencing to amplify our point of view with customers. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated events strategy that includes industry conferences, webinars, tradeshows, and company-hosted events to support the company's business objectives.
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning and management, including concept development, planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and onsite execution.
- Negotiate contracts with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure optimal terms and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all events and align event objectives and reporting.
- Ensure all logistical information for attendees is clearly communicated and organized, including event schedules, locations, and any additional relevant information to facilitate a seamless event experience.
- Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships to enhance market exposure, reduce costs, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyze event performance, provide detailed reports on lead generation, brand awareness, ROI, and key learnings, providing insight for future event strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new event marketing concepts to continuously innovate and improve the events marketing program.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end event management or related roles, preferably within B2G or B2B.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver best-in-class results within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences.
- Ability and willingness to travel to events.

- Event budget allocation and management experience with a keen sense for staying within budget and ahead of schedule.
