Job Summary
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with website navigation, service inquiries, and general concerns. - Relationship Building: Establish relationships with new clients to better understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Customer Support: Address client questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
- Product and Service Promotion: Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
- Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established performance standards for the position, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Professional Image: Portray and project a positive and professional image of Blithequark in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed, contributing to a seamless and efficient operation.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
