Key Responsibilities
- Support the executive management team in various responsibilities and ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects and reports.
- Produce high-level executive dashboards and PowerPoint decks on a monthly and quarterly basis, utilizing trend analysis and data from several international regions to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide in-depth analysis of sourcing data and create regional dashboards for executive reporting purposes, identifying key trends and insights to drive business growth.
- Engage with Operations Leads to understand current challenges and leverage existing data, ensuring that our executive management team has the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Oversee the financial management of our Governance process, including resourcing analysis and documentation for IT's executive review meetings, ensuring that our financial management is transparent and effective.
- Collaborate with international business partners across various time zones, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment.
Essential Qualifications

- 2-5 years of professional experience in project management, executive reporting, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
