Job Summary: Retail Cosmetics Sales Counter Manager
As a Retail Cosmetics Sales Counter Manager at Macy's, you will oversee the operation and success of our fragrance counter, sharing your extensive product knowledge and developing and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. You will partner with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to execute company and store-based events, achieve sales goals, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
