Job Summary
We're currently seeking a highly experienced RN First Assist to join our team on a remote basis. As a RN First Assist, you'll play a critical role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a first assist in surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless and efficient patient care
- Utilize your expertise and knowledge to anticipate and respond to patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a RN First Assist
- Current BLS certification
- National and state certification as required
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or travel nursing capacity
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations and surgical teams
