Job Summary
The Retail Stocking Specialist position at Home Depot involves various tasks such as stocking, unloading, and organizing merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Unloading Trucks: Ensure the prompt and secure unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, observing all safety guidelines and reviewing shipments for accuracy. Keep a record of any shipment disparities and report them without delay.
- Stocking Shelves: Stock shelves and displays in accordance with Home Depot's merchandising guidelines. Ensure proper labeling and accurate pricing of products.
- Inventory Management: One of the primary objectives of inventory management is to minimize stockouts while ensuring that there are no excess inventory levels.
- Replenishment: Maintain a vigilant inventory monitoring system for the sales floor, and replenish stock as needed to guarantee that customers can find the products with ease.

Essential Qualifications
