Qualified Candidates
We're looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
* A high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
* Critical thinking skills, with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize
* Natural people skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients
* A general knowledge of massage and skin care services, with a passion for total body care
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing outstanding customer service and helping clients feel valued and understood
* Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
* Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
* Helping grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
* Maintaining the clinic through upkeep, cleaning, and preparations for your team
