Responsibilities
- Create and design digital and print assets, including social media graphics, web banners, and event materials
- Ensure that all design assets are optimized for various digital platforms and devices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time with a quality end product
- Maintain and organize graphic files for safekeeping and easy retrieval
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, content, social, and leadership teams
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining strong design standards
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design
- Ability to work full-time hours to align with Pacific Time deadlines
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of layouts, design fundamentals, typography, print, and digital best practices
- Knowledge and passion for gaming and esports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across all designs
- Design problem solver with good creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
- High empathy and ability to self-regulate emotions when under increasing stress
- Ability to apply intelligence to practical, real-world scenarios, where a 'book solution' doesn't necessarily exist
