**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Scheduling Chat Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email, providing prompt and efficient solutions to their requests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing prompt responses to all inquiries
* Offering appropriate solutions via chat/email
* Documenting all interactions
* Staying up to date on all scheduling policies
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email, providing exceptional support and assistance
* Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Offer solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal partners
* Document all interactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
* Stay up to date on all scheduling policies and procedures
**Required Skills, Experience & Education**
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written communication skills
* Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
* Ability to work well in a team environment, with a growth mindset and drive to improve
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Available Shifts**
* Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, with rotating weekends
* 10:00 am-6:30pm MT, 10:30am-7:00pm MT, 11am-7:30pm MT, 11:30am-8:00pm MT, 12pm-8:30pm MT
