Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Marketing Technology to join our Marketing Technology Tasks team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling marketing projects, processes, and driving operational efficiencies through technology implementations and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities
- Stay Up-to-Date on Marketing Technology Trends: Remain informed about Marketing Technology systems and capabilities, and trends in Marketing Operations, to ensure our marketing efforts are always optimized and effective.
- Ongoing Support for Systems: Provide ongoing support for systems that enable marketing project execution by developing and delivering training, onboarding new partners, and managing implementations to ensure setups and data remain clean and accurate.
- Process Improvements: Utilize data and insights to enhance processes and support through areas like automation, continuous improvements to system configurations, process optimization, and adjustments to training programs to drive operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Work with external software vendors to understand and influence their product roadmaps, ensuring our marketing technology stack remains cutting-edge and aligned with our business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Technology product management, Brand Marketing account services, creative, program management office (PMO), and other cross-functional teams to understand processes and system requirements, enabling marketing project execution and technology services.
- Requirements Gathering: Based on PMO center of excellence processes and approaches to working and requirements gathered, design technology, onboard clients, and successfully implement solutions that enable marketing project execution and processes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, computer science, or information technology.
- Marketing Technology Experience: Proven experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing technology systems and capabilities.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior management and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

- Past Experience in Marketing: Previous experience in traditional and/or digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: A self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within and across teams, with the ability to lead and deliver projects with minimal direction.
- Experience with Marketing Technology Systems: Familiarity with Marketing Technology systems and approaches to working, including but not limited to digital asset management, progressively collected creative/content, campaign and deal management, marketing workflow management, and agile marketing.
