Job Overview

In this role, you'll be the foundation of the Apple Store's welcoming atmosphere, where customers feel encouraged to share their ideas and learn how to bring their dreams to life. You'll be working closely with a team of educated partners who are just as eager to share their skills as they are to learn more. As a Creative Professional, your primary responsibility will be to teach and inspire customers, whether through small group sessions or one-on-one mentoring. You'll use your presentation skills to facilitate learning, helping customers get set up, get started, and get moving with their new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire customers through small group sessions and one-on-one mentoring
• Utilize your presentation skills to facilitate learning and help customers get the most out of their products
• Work with customers to understand their goals and objectives, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their aspirations
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Apple products and services
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and technologies, and be able to communicate their benefits and features to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for teaching and a ability to educate in a "hands-off" way, allowing customers to learn by doing. You'll also need to be able to work with small groups and mentor multiple customers at once, and be willing to work with customers until they're genuinely self-sufficient and able to work on their own. Additionally, you'll need to be:

• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to stick to a tightly organized training plan
• Able to suggest other in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar
• Flexible with your schedule, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of Apple products and services
• Experience with teaching or training others
• Ability to speak multiple languages
