About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Pharmacy & Retail Operations team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to support strategic planning and the improvement and implementation of applications. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and provide complex evaluation to broaden fee benefits of proposed applications through series and statistics.
Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to support strategic planning and the improvement and implementation of applications.
- Maintaining a complete knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations in the Retail Hub.
- Providing complex evaluation of corresponding statistics to construct an enterprise case for device and operational technique changes, enhancements, improvement of purposeful specs interface possibilities with fees and/or return on investment summarized.
- Serving as an operational point of contact for various tasks to drive task execution and communicating relevant task records to stakeholders, both corporately and in the field.
- Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing records pertaining to proposed applications to fulfill the enterprise and strategic desires of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the Company.
- Managing complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses, as needed.
- Planning, designing, and deploying suitable reviews and tools.
- Collaborating across Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others, to broaden operational solutions.
- Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior Business Analysts.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server).
- Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and issues.
- Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders.
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns).
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling).
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, a Master's Degree or MBA, Bachelor's Degree, and Retail Pharmacy Experience are preferred.
