About the Role
The Social Media Customer Support Specialist will be an integral part of the Sales and Digital Department, focusing on multiple verticals, including fitness apps, digital accounts, and voice technology marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the editorial placement of music on fitness apps, coordinating with select digital accounts, and directing arenaflex's efforts in opportunities involving voice technology and smart speaker marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison for fitness accounts, tracking arenaflex's connections to various fitness applications and identifying innovative approaches to support music releases with wellness partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approvals for branded efforts and analyze campaign outcomes to inform future planning.
- Maintain a pulse on the latest voice assistant technology and ensure an effective workflow for executing creative initiatives to support projects in a timely manner.
- Analyze arenaflex's voice data to identify opportunities to increase streaming consumption through voice requests and measured results.
- Liaise with select digital partners to market arenaflex releases for consumption on their platforms, creating and expanding new opportunities with growing new offerings.
- Work with internal teams to create and execute social and digital marketing for digital recording support, frequently measuring and sharing podcast listening results.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
- At least three years of experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry.
- Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners.
- A passion for music, with the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to learn proprietary software as needed, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other programs.
- A bachelor's degree and the ability to work four days a week in our Burbank office.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
