In this dual role, you will manage recruitment processes while supporting essential business functions to help drive our success. Your responsibilities will include recruiting talented virtual assistants, boosting our brand, and contributing to business strategies. You will be instrumental in building the foundation for Kwalified's operations and will have the opportunity to grow into a Client Success Expert.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for both recruitment and business support. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in managing databases like Notion and familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards are highly desirable. Experience with recruitment software is a plus.
