You should be comfortable working an evening or overnight schedule, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Technical support experience is preferred, although not essential, and you should have a high school diploma or GED. You will need to have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, and high-speed internet access (no wireless/hotspots or satellite). A smartphone is also required, and you must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
