As a CAT Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to individuals in need. Your primary responsibility will be to apply the latest customer service techniques, utilizing our account management systems to improve the customer experience during difficult times. This temporary, remote position is contingent on catastrophe relief needs, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute). You should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating systems. Additionally, you must be highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
