Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled VIP Remote Travel Consultant to join our team of travel experts. Key Responsibilities

Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups, in the US and internationally
Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs and identifying opportunities to sell additional services
Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations, using one of our Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Ensure compliance with customers' agreed travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
Use positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels and drive business results
Prevent fraudulent callers from trying to book trips after hours by following our security protocols and maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

1 year of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail for domestic and international travel
Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) and proficiency in using travel technology systems
Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
Teamwork and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results
Dual GDS experience and proficiency in using multiple travel technology systems
Knowledge of the entertainment industry and experience working with high-profile clients
Flexibility to work alternative shifts, including evenings and weekends, and ability to adapt to changing business needs
