Job Summary
We're on the hunt for a talented Virtual Acquisition Specialist to join our team of high-achievers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals. Responsibilities
- Take phone calls from our market channels and engage with potential sellers to determine if their property is a good fit for our investment portfolio.
- Conduct in-person meetings with sellers to assess their property and discuss potential acquisition opportunities.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into deals.
- Put deals under contract and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.
- Manage our social media presence to attract new leads and build brand awareness.
- Nurture the lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
- Implement and oversee a review system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Explore new opportunities within the social media space to stay ahead of the competition.
- Take on new tasks as needed to support the growth and success of the company.
