Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse and Fulfillment Specialist to join our logistics team. As a Warehouse and Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse and Fulfillment Specialist at Lane Boots, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Pulling orders and shipping via FedEx, UPS, as well as various BOL shipping companies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
• Receiving and processing shipments from our factory in Mexico, customer returns, and warehouse supplies from multiple vendors, maintaining accurate records and inspecting for quality issues.
• Processing customer returns within 24 hours, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Unpacking shipments, checking them in, and inspecting for quality issues, maintaining high standards of quality control and attention to detail.
• Organizing and putting up inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval of products.
• Receiving, processing, and shipping various samples, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery to customers and stakeholders.
• Conducting daily and monthly cycle physical counts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in inventory management.
• Performing other tasks as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, sweeping floors, and ensuring items are off the floor.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends if needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting business needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment, with a strong understanding of logistics and operations management.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Attention to detail, particularly in counting inventory, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
