Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
- Reliability and attendance are key to success, with a strong commitment to meeting objectives and delivering results
- Must clear a criminal background check and drug screen, demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and quality standards
- Experience with software, databases, scripts, and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ease
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- A quiet, secure, and distraction-free workspace for the duration of working hours
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
- A direct connection from the modem to the PC, with no wireless connections permitted
- A dedicated landline phone is not required, but a reliable phone system is essential
