Your goal will be to consolidate and modernize our 70+ HR applications, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology solutions, and a passion for driving organizational change. As an Expert Solution Architecture, you will be the driving force behind our HR technology transformation, working closely with key stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and success metrics for this initiative.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. You should have proven experience (5+ years) in HR technology management, HRIS implementation, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
In addition to these essential qualifications, we are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps and strategies. Experience with ServiceNow and Workday is required, and excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget are essential. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
