Job Summary:
As the Facebook Ad Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. You will analyze campaign performance data to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform updates, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong track record of successful results.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Ability to create engaging ad copy and collaborate with design teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook advertising policies and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
