About Us Kingsmen Golf is a premium golf lifestyle brand focused on refined design, original artwork, and elevated performance apparel. We are growing quickly and looking to build a stronger, more consistent email marketing engine. We have high-quality photography and a clear brand identity, but we are looking for someone who can help us translate that into structured, conversion-focused Klaviyo campaigns and flows. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a Klaviyo expert to support multiple campaigns starting this month through the end of Q2, with potential for ongoing work. This role includes: Designing and building email campaigns inside Klaviyo Developing and optimizing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) Creating clean, elevated layouts that reflect a premium brand aesthetic Writing or refining conversion-focused email copy Recommending segmentation and performance improvements A/B testing subject lines and content Measuring campaign performance and improving results You will work directly with the Founder and Operating Manager. We move quickly and value initiative. There is meaningful creative freedom within the marketing strategy, and we are looking for someone who can bring ideas, not just execute instructions. Success Metrics You will be evaluated on: Design quality and brand alignment Open and click-through rates Conversion performance Flow effectiveness and automation performance Strategic thinking and proactive recommendations Ideal Candidate: Strong experience building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo Experience with DTC ecommerce (apparel preferred) Clean, modern design sensibility Strong understanding of conversion psychology Comfortable working directly with founders Proactive communicator Please include examples of Klaviyo campaigns and flows you’ve built, along with performance metrics if available.
