We’re looking for a Paid Social Strategist (Contract) to support client work on a flexible, as-needed basis. Description Freelance/Contract Paid Social Strategist (1099, Part-Time) About the Role We’re looking for a Contract Paid Social Strategist to support client work on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who can own campaign execution, contribute to performance strategy, and step into accounts with minimal ramp time. This is not tied to a single account. You’ll support a mix of near-close opportunities, active client work, and potential backfill needs, so comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities is key. What You’ll Do - Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta required; LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. a plus) - Execute against established strategy while identifying opportunities to improve performance - Analyze campaign data and deliver clear, actionable insights - Run structured testing across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies - Troubleshoot tracking, performance, and delivery issues - Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams - Step into existing accounts midstream and move work forward independently What You Bring - 3–5+ years of paid social experience (agency experience preferred) - Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms - Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversions) - Ability to translate data into insights and next steps - Comfortable being client-facing with clear, professional communication - Highly organized and able to manage work independently Nice to Have - Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking - Ecommerce experience (Shopify, product feeds, etc.) - Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, or emerging platforms - Experience using AI tools for ideation, copy, or optimization What We’re Looking For - Strong executor with strategic awareness - Self-sufficient and proactive problem solver - Adaptable to shifting priorities and flexible scope - Reliable communicator who can represent work clearly and confidently Engagement Details Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Type: 1099 Contractor Hours: ~20 hours/month (flexible, as-needed)
