Role Description The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional provides professional behavioral health services in our outpatient office. Services include assessments and psychotherapy along with supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service. Duties primarily performed in an outpatient setting but may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services. • Full-time positions - In-Person and Remote • Salary Range: • Annual Salary: $68,500 - $73,500 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification) • Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision: $68,500 - $32.81 Hourly • Licensed Behavioral Health Professional: $73,500 - $35.34 Hourly • 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service! • FLSA Status: Exempt Qualifications • LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) • LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) Requirements • Applicants must be able to pass an OSBI background check. • Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary. • Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. • (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds. • Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director. • Preference may be given to candidates meeting the Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) status as defined by Title 43A 1-103(11) for some positions.
