Responsibilities
- Manage the training database administrative responsibilities
- Maintain the HRIS databases for employee personal information, mobility, termination, and new hires
- Schedule all pre-employment tests
- Assist with the applicant tracking log and annual affirmative action reports
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Lead the digitalization and prioritization of HR processes
- Update company phone list, organization charts, and other HR-related items
- Back-up the switchboard as needed
- Process invoices using the DocuSign system
Skills
- You hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or have equivalent work experience
- You have knowledge of HIPPA, COBRA, EEOC, FMLA and other pertinent human resource/benefits laws
- You can maintain confidentiality
- You have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite
