Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks to meet timelines
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to collect updates and follow up on action items
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status dashboards
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow-ups
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required
- Support project managers in ensuring process compliance and delivery milestones
