They are seeking an HR Data Analyst to support the Human Resources team with reporting and analysis, track employee population metrics, and ensure compliance within HR operations. Responsibilities - Coordinate the monthly headcount reporting process across the regions, compiling data, checking for inconsistencies and submitting timely to group level C&B for the Marc Jacobs global organization - Manage the annual reporting process for the North American region - Coordinate quarterly and monthly internal KPI reporting for the HR team and cross functional business partners (Finance, Retail Operations, etc) - Manage annual participation in group lead salary surveys - Support the Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations with compensation benchmarking for the Retail population - Administer the monthly and annual sales incentive calculation process for North American retail teams - Support the administration of North American LVMH health and welfare and retirement benefits plans - Assist in other HR operations projects as necessary Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, a related field or equivalent experience - 1-3 years experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits or a related field - Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and Microsoft Excel - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations - Experience with HR systems such as UKG, SAP Success Factors, ADP - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once - Excellent attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and integrity - Ability to apply discretion to sensitive situations and maintaining a high level of confidentiality - Self-starter with natural curiosity and motivated to problem solve and troubleshoot - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Benefits - Medical, dental, vision insurance - Short and long-term disability coverage - Employee discounts - A 401k plan with employer match and automatic employee contributions Company Overview - Marc Jacobs is a multi-brand store that operates as a designer and retailer of apparel and accessories for men and women.
