About the Role
In this role, you will:
Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and optimization of integrations across enterprise systems.
Drive integration initiatives that expand Climatiq’s platform reach, including marketplaces, API connectors, and iPaaS tools.
Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to gather requirements and build impactful integrations.
Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable integration strategies.
Help shape Climatiq’s integration roadmap and contribute to long-term strategy and innovation.
This role is part of the Engineering team, reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll work closely with product and cross-functional teams to ensure Climatiq’s integrations support customer needs and business growth.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on application integration experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
Strong programming and data skills, including proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Tray.io) and building integrations across enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, etc.).
Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
(Bonus) Experience with marketplace integrations and developer ecosystems.

Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone
Starting date: As soon as possible
