As a Strategic Sales Specialist - Amazon Connect, you will leverage your consultative selling expertise to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities with mid-to-large size enterprises. You will act as a trusted advisor, bringing contact center insights and expertise to customer engagements, and driving end-to-end contact center deals. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell strategic solutions based on customer business and technical requirements, including cloud/hosted, on-premise, managed services, and professional services engagements
- Bring contact center insights into customer engagements and close end-to-end contact center deals with customers
- Act as a contact center thought leader across solution areas, advising customers across business functions on contact center strategy and best practices
- Lead contact center partner integration into account/territory planning and customer engagements
- Meet or exceed sales invoicing quotas by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities
- Apply consultative sales approach to grow customer base and drive higher revenues, customer growth, and customer retention
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience selling into the Contact Center industry as a subject matter expert or business development consultant
- 1-2 years of Amazon Connect experience
- Proven track record of hunting, developing new opportunities, and establishing new customer relationships
- Experience selling on-premise, managed, or cloud technology services
- Effective at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-to-large size business market
- Ability to represent and speak on InterVision's behalf at various professional events and trade shows
