As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, creating unforgettable dining experiences, and driving sales growth. About The Role:
- Part-time position: 10-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11am-2pm (flexible days) and 6-10 shifts
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.55 per hour
- Assist customers in creating their perfect meal, recommend ingredients and menu options, and provide exceptional customer service
- Create and package Click & Collect and Delivery orders, maintain mise-en-place, and ensure basic food preparation and organization
- Maintain high hygiene standards, clean the bar/restaurant, and be a champion of our brand values
What We're Looking For:
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team, build interpersonal relationships, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry (ideally)
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Respectful and conscious approach to punctuality and scheduling
