**The Role**
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our dental customers, working closely with our dental professionals to ensure that our products meet the unique needs of each practice. Your tasks will range from assisting doctors with data submission, resolving issues, and planning cases in our software to providing product training and clinical feedback. You'll be the bridge between our customers and production team, ensuring that our final product is designed to meet the doctor's specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
* Conduct surgical case planning with doctors to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
* Provide product assistance via phone and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct product training with new customers, ensuring they're comfortable using our software and hardware tools
* Follow up with surgical case progress, providing updates and support as needed
* Build professional working relationships with doctors, fostering trust and open communication
* Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team, informing product development and improvement
* Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision, developing your skills and expertise
* Successfully pass validation training, demonstrating your understanding of our products and processes
* Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks in a fair and timely manner
* Receive and process 3rd-party data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team
**Requirements**
* Strong computer knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
* Ability to learn clinical dental terms and medical concepts, demonstrating a willingness to grow and develop your knowledge
* Excellent phone skills, with a strong verbal and written communication style
* Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills, ensuring efficient and effective support
