We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Foran MBO team as a Labourer. The successful candidate will assist with various manual tasks on construction sites, warehouse, and/or other industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: ·         Perform general labour duties including lifting, carrying, shoveling, and site cleanup ·         Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently ·         Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment ·         Maintain work areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and hazard-free ·         Identify and report safety hazards or equipment issues ·         Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulations ·         Assist with snow removal, ground maintenance, and other seasonal site duties ·         Assist other teams onsite with construction and maintenance tasks as required ·         Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisor   Qualifications: ·         Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is an asset ·         Valid Driver’s License and clean driver abstract ·         Ability to perform physically demanding tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods ·         WHMIS and SCOT certification is preferred ·         Good communication and organizational skills ·         Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments ·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment ·         Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a construction/mining setting is an asset ·         Willingness to complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test This is a special measure employment equity initiative, we encourage candidates from Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation and other Indigenous people (First Nations, Metis, or Inuit) to apply.
