What You’ll Be Doing
Edit Long-Form YouTube Videos
- Craft thoughtful, narrative-driven videos using talking head A-roll, purposeful B-roll, and light animations
- Edit in the style of Ali Abdaal or Matt D’Avella—clear, calm, and polished
- Add motion graphics, callouts, and subtle on-screen text to enhance clarity and retention
Shape Visual Storytelling
- Own pacing, transitions, sound design, and overall story rhythm
- Design intros that hook viewers and maintain flow throughout the video
- Bring rough creative ideas to life using motion design and strong visual sequencing
Manage Workflow & Collaboration
- Maintain organized project files and edit timelines
- Review feedback, collaborate with a creative team, and iterate quickly
✅ Who You Are
- Proven experience editing long-form content for YouTube or similar platforms
- Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong storytelling instincts—your edits build flow, not just look good
- Confident designing motion graphics, transitions, and on-screen text
- Comfortable with feedback, deadlines, and managing your own pipeline
- Self-starter with clear communication and a collaborative mindset
