Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced WMS Analyst with deep expertise in Manhattan Active WMS to join our supply chain technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle of WMS solutions and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, configuration, and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate warehouse operational needs into functional and technical specifications.

Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing for Manhattan WMS.

Support development and validation of reports and analytics, including Manhattan SCI dashboards (if applicable).

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Manhattan support for resolution.

Provide post go-live support, user training, and process documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Experience with WMS Technologies (Manhattan WMS Active) MUST HAVE

At least one complete life-cycle implementation experience MUST HAVE

Testing experience with Manhattan Active WMS MUST HAVE

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory control.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience developing reports using Manhattan SCI NICE TO HAVE

Exposure to integrations with ERP, TMS, or OMS systems.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
