We are looking for a high-capacity operator who can own the intersection of content, advertising, and audience growth. What This Role Is This is not a basic media buyer role. You will be responsible for: Building and executing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and YouTube Identifying the right audience for each artist and each release Creating or directing ad creatives that convert into clicks, saves, and streams Driving low CPC while maintaining strong engagement and listener quality Translating performance data into clear optimization decisions Contributing to overall growth strategy across traffic, engagement, and conversion You should understand how content, targeting, and messaging work together to produce real results in the music space.
