Voltage Park is building the next generation of AI infrastructure, providing flexible, high-performance GPU cloud solutions. The Office Manager will support the San Francisco office through an upcoming move and ongoing operations, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe office environment, including reception, kitchen supplies, conference rooms, and overall guest experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when appropriate
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including interview coordination, candidate experience, and new-hire office setup
- Support the planning and execution of the San Francisco office move in partnership with People Experience, IT, and external vendors
- Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and services to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Track office inventory and expenses and support adherence to office-related budgets
- Follow, document, and improve office processes and workflows, bringing forward ideas that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Apply a systems-oriented mindset to understand how people, tools, and vendors interact across the office experience, with an eye toward building repeatable, scalable practices
- Identify opportunities to improve office operations and employee experience, and propose practical solutions with guidance and partnership from the team
- Help plan and support team events, in-office moments, and activities that foster connection and engagement
- Support facilities operations and help ensure office policies and standards are followed consistently
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administrative support, or a related role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional presence
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning in a fast-growing environment where not everything is fully defined, and motivated to take increasing ownership over time
- Curious and improvement-minded, with an interest in systems, processes, and finding better ways to get work done, even if you're still building experience
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building trust through reliable follow-through
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to handle both logistical and physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting supplies, standing, moving equipment)
