Job Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. You will be trained on our initial program and have the opportunity to transfer to various programs, including customer service, blood donor recruitment, and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge.
