Global music manufacturing client is seeking a Paid Media Planner to work with their team. This role kicks off at the end of February and will require 20 hours/week (flexible schedule) through the end June with the strong likelihood to extend to the end of 2026. Fully remote. The Paid Media Planner is responsible for turning marketing strategy into executable, measurable media plans. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, channels, budgets, and performance, ensuring campaigns are planned with clarity, efficiency, and a clear hypothesis for growth. MUST HAVES: -3+ years of relevant media planning experience -Experience with Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Native/DSP (StackAdapt) -Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals across major platforms -Comfortable with budgets, numbers, and performance metrics -Clear written and verbal communication -Strong organizational and planning skills KEY RESPONSIBILITES: -Translate campaign goals into clear media plans across channels -Define channel roles and build GTM, evergreen, and test plans -Set flighting, phasing, and investment strategy -Manage campaign and channel budgets; forecast delivery and efficiency -Track spend pacing and flag risks early; support quarterly/annual planning -Build audience strategies using platform data, firstparty data, and geo nuances -Align targeting to segments, personas, and journey stages; improve audience quality with Analytics/CDP -Define creative specs, formats, and best practices by channel -Ensure creative aligns to channel roles and identify gaps early -Monitor campaign efficiency and pacing; recommend optimizations -Support postcampaign analysis and insights NICE TO HAVE: -Experience with full-funnel paid media planning -Familiarity with analytics tools and attribution concepts -Experience working in multi-market or global environments Reply with your resume and top 3 reasons you're a good match for this role. #LI-SR3 In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
