We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our faculty pool as a Part-Time Ethnic Studies instructor. Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

- Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Ethnic Studies or a related field such as American Studies/Ethnicity, Latino Studies, La Raza Studies, Central American Studies, Latin American Studies, Cross Cultural Studies, Race and Ethnic Relations, Asian-American Studies, or African-American Studies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Two years of recent experience teaching Ethnic Studies-related courses at the community college level.
- Evidence of commitment to equitable teaching outcomes and sensitivity to diverse student backgrounds.
