As a Part-time Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in contributing to our strategic roadmap, engaging with valued partners, and collaborating in a creative data-driven environment. You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Operations function, developing and communicating Key Brand Objectives and Strategies, and ensuring company operations run efficiently and smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational processes to support business growth
- Lead and develop the Operational function, overseeing day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, research partners, and key stakeholders
- Support the recruitment and hiring process to achieve high-quality hires
- Provide input and guidance on workforce planning and reorganizations
- Enhance and foster a network of strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- Experience scaling a tech startup and meeting high-growth objectives
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Experience in Programme Management, AI, and SaaS
- Strong understanding of customer, regional channels, and competitor analysis
- Excellent numerical skills and experience with management reporting tools
- 5+ years of professional-level experience leading teams through an Operational process
