Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Bay Area. As a Private Duty LVN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Our clients pay privately for services, and we expect our clinicians to deliver the highest quality care.

Responsibilities
As a Private Duty LVN, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional care to clients, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, and transportation to appointments
- Providing skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, according to referral agency policy and procedure
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, doctors, and our office team
- Coordinating supplies and equipment necessary for client care
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a current LVN license in the state of California
- Have at least 2 years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
- Hold current CPR/BLS certification
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Be reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Have basic computer skills and technical proficiency
- Be eligible to work in the United States
