About the Role: As a CBRE Procurement Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with team members involved in request for proposal process to ensure all required inputs are collected. Upload request for proposals and coordinate process flow. • Gather competitive intelligence and conduct analysis for strategic decision making and supplier selection. • Onboard suppliers into vital systems and make use of dashboards to drive supplier insights. • Coordinate site visits and presentations with suppliers. • Support performance management for the development, execution and retention of supplier key performance indicators and associated reporting. • Prepare monthly and quarterly schedules for all global suppliers and review procurement activities as needed. • Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements. • Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business. • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access. • Collect and rationalize data from many sources. Conduct thorough financial evaluation. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation(s). • Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. What You’ll Need: • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Fluent English. • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
