Responsibilities
We are seeking a Product Lead to support our Head of Product in driving the strategy, design, and execution of Nobleâs core offerings, with a focus on retail users and mainstream adoption. This role is ideal for someone who combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of consumer financial products and digital adoption strategies. As Product Lead, you will help shape go-to-market strategies and execute product initiatives that make Nobleâs productsâsuch as Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, and Noble Lendâaccessible, trusted, and impactful for users around the world.
- PRODUCT STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to define product strategy and roadmap for Nobleâs offerings (Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, Noble Lend, etc.) and their retail applications
- Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
- Manage engineering resources (internal and external) to deliver against roadmap priorities on time
- Create and maintain product-specific documentation that aligns stakeholders and accelerates execution
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate rapidly to improve adoption, retention, and user satisfaction.
