About the Role Join Bitdefender's Business Services team and become a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers worldwide. As a Professional Services Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of deploying and optimizing GravityZone — Bitdefender's flagship enterprise security platform — across diverse customer environments. This is more than a technical role. You'll serve as the bridge between customer needs and Bitdefender's internal teams, working alongside security experts and support specialists in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Every deployment you lead strengthens the security posture of organizations globally. What You'll Do - Plan, design, and deliver professional services — both onsite and remotely — to enterprise customers deploying GravityZone - Guide customers through the full implementation lifecycle: installation, configuration, and integration into their existing infrastructure - Develop clear project documentation, including Statements of Work and implementation plans, in close collaboration with client stakeholders - Propose and architect technically sound GravityZone solutions tailored to each customer's unique environment - Partner closely with sales teams to understand client business drivers and translate them into effective technical strategies - Contribute to internal initiatives and help elevate the team's collective knowledge and service delivery standards What You Bring - Solid administration skills across Microsoft Windows Server (2008–2025) and Windows Desktop (7, 8, 10, 11) - Hands-on Linux/Unix server experience — installation, maintenance, upgrades, and security hardening - Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP protocols and common architectures) - Experience with server and desktop virtualization using modern hypervisors - Familiarity with virtual infrastructure design and management - Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation - A proactive mindset: you take ownership and drive solutions Bonus Points - 1+ year in a pre-sales or post-sales technical environment - Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) - Experience with enterprise security solutions or endpoint protection platforms Why Bitdefender? - Work with a globally recognized cybersecurity leader trusted by millions of users and thousands of enterprises - Gain exposure to a wide range of enterprise IT environments and security challenges - Collaborate with talented, passionate teams in a fast-moving, innovation-driven culture - Grow your career with a company that invests in its people and values technical excellence - Hybrid and remote delivery options — flexibility built into the role from day one Language Requirements - English — fluent (written and spoken), required - Spanish — fluent (written and spoken), a strong plus
